This agreement includes all of the terms and conditions between Technovate Translations and you (site visitor) and governs the use of the services offered by Technovate Translations. USE OF SITE

Technovate Translations does not authenticate or guarantee in any way the accuracy of answers or service provided by Translators. It is the sole responsibility of the site visitor to specifically request what information they are in need of, if they require references and what level of relevant detail they are requesting from the Translator.

With respect to security: We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. However, the site visitor is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password and/or account number provided by Technovate Translations for accessing the site, and is fully responsible for all activities that occur under the site visitor's password or account. The site visitor agrees to immediately notify Technovate Translations of any unauthorized use of the site visitor's password or account or any other breach of security. Technovate Translations will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using the site visitor's password or account, either with or without your instruction. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Technovate Translations or another party due to someone else using the site visitor's account or password.
